Representation of using organic ingredients for essential oils in a modern and contemporary world where most of our natural lands are distant, unfound and mysterious. The brand, identity and packaging of LostPhase was built with a rustic inspiration. Each of the five oils (rose, lavender, tea tree, argan, and jasmine) are represented by a unique symbol that relates to each of the main ingredients. The moon phases are mixed with the symbols to create a a pattern that can be used throughout the brand. Both the bottles and boxes have been prototyped numerous times to test for the most elegant and streamlined choices for packaging. With the corked glass bottles, hand-cut and handmade labels and boxes, LostPhase’s conceptual design is a project that tests one’s ability to find feasible solutions through planning and logical thinking.
