Health E-Commerce owns FSA Store, HSA Store and Caring Mill. The company was seeking a consultant to help with digital design including CRM email, social and performance assets, website updates, campaigns, photo editing, leading image composites and production work. Under creative leader, Lee Shaw, I helped execute assets that experimented outside of the brand’s guidelines in order to A/B test and increase customer engagement. I worked with a creative team of designers and copywriters and later on, provided guidance to newer designers.
